Why can I not see any meeting locations?

If you cannot see a meeting location when booking a meeting, this can have several causes.  Keep in mind the GDC Expo floor is not open on Monday-Tuesday, and only custom locations can be set, unless you or your invitee has their own location outside the venue. If you cannot see any locations Wednesday-Friday, it is likely you or your invitee may not have GDC access, and only custom locations or private locations outside the venue can be used.

Are there sponsorships available?

Absolutely! We have various options for platform sponsorships and on-site sponsorships. Please email us to ask us about the options.

Can I plan my meetings at my own location / booth?

Yes, you can provide the booth or location details during check-out or send them to us later, and we’ll make sure that your location (booth) is added in the platform. Note that not all attendees may have access to the area of your booth.

Does a MeetToMatch ticket include access to the GDC venue?

With the MeetToMatch San Francisco Edition, powered by Xsolla

ticket you can plan your meetings at any location you specify. However this ticket does not include access to venues, such as GDC in Moscone Center. If you want to plan a meeting at a GDC venue, please ensure you also have a valid GDC ticket.

Are you offering a offsite meeting location again?

This year, our offsite meeting location is reserved for some exclusive partners. It might be that you have a planned meeting with one of them there, but there won’t be any public meeting tables.

What happens if GDC gets postponed?

In case the event dates change, the event dates of MeetToMatch – The San Francisco Edition 2025, powered by Xsolla might change accordingly. This decision is solely at the discretion of MeetToMatch, and can be made without prior notice.
