We focus on bringing all the relevant Asiatic and international games industry professionals together on site in Bangkok and online to become the most relevant matchmaking service during gamescom Asia.

Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) (Thai: ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์) is a convention center and exhibition hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The QSNCC was built to host events, especially conferences and exhibitions and has hosted numerous international events.

When will the platform open?
The MeetToMatch platform for the Bangkok Edition 2025 will go live in September. You will automatically receive your login credentials via email.
Can I plan my meetings at my own location?
Yes, you can provide the location details during check-out or send them to us later, and we’ll make sure that your meetings are planned at that location (if it’s also possible to enter a custom location for each meeting).
Are there sponsorships available?
Absolutely! We have various options for platform sponsorships and on site sponsorships. Please use our contact form to ask us about the options.
Can I have on site meetings only?
With the regular ticket you can have both on site and online meetings. When you receive a meeting request it’s easy to see if it’s for an on site or online meeting, so you can decline the online meetings if you are not interested in those, or let them know that you’d rather plan something after the conference.
Can I also plan online meetings?
Yes, with both the on site and online ticket you can plan online meetings during the conference. If you plan a meeting and one of the meeting participants is participating online, the meeting will automatically be online.
Where can I have the meetings planned with MeetToMatch?
There are several public locations on the showfloor where you can go to have your meeting, and some countries will offer meeting space for delegates and their guests.
What happens if gamescom Asia is not happening on-site?
On-site event cancelation due to COVID-19 or other force majeure events, might results in MeetToMatch – The Bangkok Edition 2025 being turned fully online. A decision to fully change to virtual, likely results in an extension of opening hours due to the consideration of the different time zones of participants.
